Payment

Payment for all purchase orders must be received in full before starting the course. Bulk Order Purchases are only valid for staff members of the subscribing organization. Codes provided to the subscribing organization can not be shared or transferred. LearnScaped LLC reserves the right to revoke Certificates of Completion and subscriptions if these terms and conditions are breached 

Refund Policy

Single seat purchases made by individuals who are verified employees and/or staff of organizations with current bulk order subscriptions may be subject to a refund. Refunds in such circumstances will be subject to a 10% processing fee and up to five business day delay. All other single seat or bulk order purchases cannot be cancelled and are nonrefundable.

In the event that LearnScaped LLC is responsible for the cancelation of the course a refund will be issued to the payer in full within 5 business days of the cancelled event. 

Ethics Clause

By agreeing to these terms and conditions I attest that the user information provided upon registration is the individual taking the course and will independently complete all required lessons and comprehension quizzes. 

Certificate of Completion

LearnScaped LLC awards certificates of completion upon finishing the final lesson of the course in addition to passing the required comprehension quizzes with 100% accuracy. Partial credit is not available for this course.

Learner Records Privacy

In signing up for a LearnScaped LLC training course, LearnScaped LLC requires you to provide a certain amount of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us. Your personal information is only used for purposes of registration, communication purposes between LearnScaped LLC and the Learner, may be provided upon request to administrators of organizations whom purchased the course for learners for purposes of attendance, and for generating Certificates of Completion and will not be shared otherwise. 

Enrollment/Expiration

Access to the course and resource library will remain active for 30 days after registration. Certificates of completion are good for one calendar year from date of completion.

Non-Discrimination Policy

LearnScaped LLC does not discriminate against learner participants on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, or age.

A complaint is defined as an expression of dissatisfaction about any aspect of the platform’s services, including but not limited to:
